Mr.Otieno is a Kenyan Citizen, currently a PhD student in Information Systems at the University of Nairobi. I hold an MSc in Distributed Computing Technology. I also have a BSc in Computer Information System from Kenya Methodist University and a KNEC Diploma in Computer Studies from Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIBHT).Mr. Otieno is currently at the University of Nairobi as ICT Technologist in the Department of Real Estate. I am also a part time lecturer of Computer Science and Information Systems at Mechanical Engineering department. He is also an adjunct Lecturer Computer Science in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Information Systems courses in the Department of Real Estate. Mr.Otieno has undertaken several valuation assignment as ICT expert in valuation of Kenya Port Authority, Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Communication Authority of Kenya, and Kenya National Examination Council among others and an Associate consultant with Mauna Consulting Ltd for the last 5 years.
